Sea Tramp Tattoo Company (now rebranded as ‘The Old School Tattoo Company’) is the oldest running tattoo shop in the state of Oregon. Created in 1978 by legendary tattoo artist Bert Grimm as his last business among many national and international tattoo shops. This tattoo shop is a long-lived staple of historic Portland with many loyal customers.
